firstly you need not score IELTS 9...all IELTS scores are converted into CLB equivalent.
CLB10 ( IELTS : L8.6/R8/W7.5/S7.5) gets you 136 points for 1st language+ 50 points on skill transferability (additional on ur education+work experience points)
CLB9 ( IELTS : L8/R7/W7/S7) gets you 124+50.
you can achieve these scores if you have a good command over English,by practicing practice tests repeatedly and improving urself from IELTS point of view.

Trying to study french while waiting for the draw, verb conjugation is hell.

recent PR here, been through the process and some how come out the other side -
my draw wasn't until 12:30pm - 1pm, almost all of my friends draws were int he afternoon.
