I think it means they've an advantage if they're in the pool longer than you. And you've advantage over people who've joined the pool after you.

Seems like there would be a longer wait for the draw this time
Lets just hope ircc is being cautious with a 2 week timeline to update all profiles. Lets hope they get it done sooner and have a draw next week. It did take them 2 weeks to update all prodiles last time they had a change in november though.
Hmm yeah let's hope! If it goes longer than 2 weeks without a draw then it is almost certain that the threshold will be pushed way up!

Your Speaking score is remarkable!
You need to practice Reading & Listening and it will pay off over time. Try to take tests and follow different strategies like skimming in reading. IELTS General reading is very easy. For getting a 7 you need get 35/40. You might be making errors in a few types of qns like T/F or maybe headings for paragraphs. Make sure you practice these alot. I cant stress enough on how important that is.
For writing I'd suggest you visit IELTS Ryan channel on youtube. He has great templates for both discussion and argument essays as well as letters. Im sure you will get 7 if you follow these. You should find time for practicing one test each of R,L & W everyday for atleast 15 days and then give the test. All the best.
Yes may be, cos there are 2 changes as of today, so probably we should wait but i don't want to lose my ray of hope... More draws mean more ITAs, more ITAs mean more PR cards.Did you see the post by @SinghRaj above?

Mine was updated immediately at 5:37 EDT with a research question added in work history section. Then my score was also updated with sibling points in an hour after that.

For all of those who are seriously thinking to learn French from scratch to earn some extra points while they can easily improve their score with CLB 9 in IELTS.
The advice is specially for those with maxed out IELTS, and still no luck to be above 413 as of last draw.
I won't be negative, and still hoping that the CRS goes below 410 in the future, but the 3 weeks gap some people are saying, may make it go up for the next draw. But anyway, let's cross our fingers that they can update all profiles in less time than they expect.
I really wish that everybody here could get their ITA fast.

All scores will be updated before the next round of invitations to apply where the Express Entry system detects that points are changed.
