It seems absolutely ridiculous. No way speaking skill can dive down by 2 bands in 3 months. Reading and Listening can, but Writing and Speaking no way. My writing went down only cos of my stupid mistake to use cheap pencil instead of pen. In your case mate! I think the mood of examiner must have been the deciding factor.i totally agree with you, in my first attempt i had L9 R8 S8 W6.5 in my second attempt, L9 R 8 S 6 W 7 i can't believe how could i deteriorate my speaking skill by 2 bands in 3 months
You and i are in a very similar situation. Got the sibling point too. But as you are 7 points ahead, very likely you will receive ITA in couple of draws if not the next one. But just to be on the safe side, as it is already half way through the year, having a NOI will be a plan B. Hence i am going to recreate my profile tonight. Even if you get affected by the CRS tie-break, waiting one more draw wouldn't be that bad rite! Good luckHi All,
I am new to the forum and wish everyone the best for the next draws as everything is getting so unpredictable. My CRS was 395 and after the 6th June changes its 410 (sibling score). I was just wondering if I should recreate my profile for getting a nomination from Ontario or should I wait for next few draws to get an ITA?
Also just to add here that I answered the research questions and got sibling points after signing the form. Before, the score section for sibling had been empty.
You can get an affidavit done (from a lawyer) by providing all information in affidavit letter (on rs.100 stamp paper) and attach all relevant documents (salary slips, letters from co. and other documents whichever you feel are relevant to show your experience and other details). I had to do this when my previous company refused to provide the experience letter. I have attached the co. refusal letter as well to the affidavit along with above mentioned docs.I have one question, please take out some time to go through my condition and help me out in it
I had been worked in a company for around 3.5 years starting from May 2013 till July 2016 and when i left the company, they issued and experience letter to me stating my date of joining, my designation when i started working, all the promotions and the date when I left. On the basis of that experience which comes under NOC 4021 (vocational trainers), I applied for PR through a consultancy firm. I again joined back that company in March 2017, as per the instructions of my consultant, and I am working there till date. Now, that I have got an ITA, i asked for my experience letter again from the company requesting them to mention my job duties also in the experience letter, i.e. under the letter head of the company. After so many pleadings to them, they have issued me an experience letter all the above details and in addition to this, the KRA's of my job (not in details) that I performed during the period of May 2013 till July 2016 and my current designation in the company along with the date of joining. Apart from this, I also have the bank statements for all the years as throughout my stay with the company, my salary used to come in my salary account that was opened by the company itself in ICICI bank, I also have form 16's from the company.
I am doubtful because someone told me that if I won't have the detailed job duties on my experience letter, there are chances they won't grant me the visa because the visa officers will think that all the above proofs are fake, I again had a word with my company, but, now they have clearly said that they won't provide anything extra after this, now I am really scared and don't have any idea what to do.
Please help me out in this, I will be really thankful to you.
No problem, we are all on the same boat. Thanks for your response canada_dreamer...I thought it was way easier to get those 600 points...
thanks a ton for your reply, just one more thing, is it important that your experience should be relevant to your education, if both of them do not match with each other, there are no chances of getting a visa? You can get an affidavit done (from a lawyer) by providing all information in affidavit letter (on rs.100 stamp paper) and attach all relevant documents (salary slips, letters from co. and other documents whichever you feel are relevant to show your experience and other details). Should we write with pen..I mean i always write with pencilIt seems absolutely ridiculous. No way speaking skill can dive down by 2 bands in 3 months. You seem to have one of the better reference letters to say...it is difficult to get cos from India to mention any details other than joining, relieving date and designation...I have one question, please take out some time to go through my condition and help me out in it

the writing section can be done in either pen or pencil...I did mine in pen...only OMRs are required to be mandatorily done in pencil...(for listening and reading )Should we write with pen..I mean i always write with pencil
There are some key things you have to prove with your reference letters.I have one question, please take out some time to go through my condition and help me out in it

I do have the contract copies also with me stating that I was a full time employee of the company which also mentions salary in it, will that work/?You seem to have one of the better reference letters to say...it is difficult to get cos from India to mention any details other than joining, relieving date and designation...
details required are from date /to date / Designation/duties and responsibilities /remuneration /mention that your were a permanent employee and worked not less than 30hrs per week...

Now with the Form 16s and bank statements will surely support...further ,you may get a reference letter from either your supervisor in his personal capacity stating all your duties and responsibilities, Designation etc ...you get it notarized by an advocate and also collect his official id card and visiting card copies...
this is what has been suggested by seniors several times in this forum before...
Along with the letters from HR,add this reference letter ,ID card and visiting card copies and write a letter of explanation...
when you are scanning the reference letter, do as a single PDF file in the order of HR Refernce letter /Supervisor or colleague Refernce letter / offer letter/appointment letter / form16
mention in ur LOE that HR refused to elaborate the KRA and hence you've attached a reference from supervisor.
you are welcome!thanks a ton for your reply, just one more thing, is it important that your experience should be relevant to your education, if both of them do not match with each other, there are no chances of getting a visa?
thanks a lotyou are welcome!
No, I don't think they will assess the experience based on education background.
