Did you know, you got to be an accomplice to corruption, for the sake of survival? It's more tumulus than undergoing a death sentence.Winter is coming with lot of ITA's.

Hey Guys!
My points are 409 as calculated via Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) tool calculator. I will be filing my ECA within a week or two, as soon as I get my degree from my graduating institution. The process will take around 11 weeks and no one knows what will be the cutoff at that time. I hope it remains below 409
My concern here is if I enter Express Entry Pool as a single applicant (409 points) and after getting an ITA I got married then I know I can change/ update my profile before filing e-APR but as a married applicant my points will drop down to 384. Will they be considering 409 or 384 at the time to my e-APR?
Any advice what should I do?
You are already married, aren't you? Don't misrepresent, that's all.Guys any help on this please
If at the time of ITA you are single, and you get married after submitting your application, you can inform CIC about the change in your family composition and they will add your spouse in your application, though you will have to prove you got married after submitting e-APR (marriage certificate etc.), it won't have any effect on your application.Guys any help on this please
No not yet....But late this year or early next year. You are already married, aren't you? Don't misrepresent, that's all.

However, on the other hand, if you are married or get married before ITA or filing e-APR, and you state yourself as single at the time of submitting the application or pre-ITA stage, this will be considered as misinterpretation.
Enter the pool as single only and only if you are single. If you receive ITA as a single applicant, file your e-APR, then get married later while your application is in progress, you can always inform them about your marriage and your spouse will be included in your application. So I think I should enter the pool as a single applicant (with 409 points), and after filing e-APR I can inform them about the changes. In this case they will consider 409 and not 384?
Correct me if I am wrong.
The last draw(s) was/were (I am still confused if that will be counted as one or two) program specific. The next draw will again be regular (most probably) targeting all economic streams and PNP candidates as well. What has happened....why straight away 65th draw.....and all I can see a previous draw was on 17th May. I just took some time off from this pr thing. And how are they providing two categories with Provincial nomination and Federal Skills trade? Can someone please help me in understanding this. Wat about FSW?
Oh thats a relief....Thanks FahadEnter the pool as single only and only if you are single. After e-APR is submitted, the rise or drop in your points doesn't matter. However, before e-APR submission, if you lose points for any reason what so ever, I believe you lose your ITA and you are then back into the pool.
Here you go:Oh thats a relief....Thanks Fahad
Then, I will be filing my case as a single applicant. One last thing, what would be the procedure to inform CIC after e-APR?
Do you mind me asking what was wrong, so you had to decline? I have seem too any people say that, and I started to worry about had make some mistake myself.I am not quite sure about this but based on what i read in the forum. If you are re-creating your profile, you will need to register with Job bank with your new express entry profile number. Give it couple of hours and hopefully you will receive a message from them with the information.
Hope it helps
