I feel like if draw happens today, it will be like:
- 3600 = crs 417
- 3700+ = crs 414
- 3900+ = crs 410

Generally, at what time the draw is announced? I used to think, it is declared at 10AM EST. In that case, the time has already passed. So it wont happen today.

Sometimes the draw happens right after someone says it's not happening today

Last draw happened at 10AM EST, but earlier draws have happened late too.

I just got my spouse's ECA, which bumps up our profile by 8 additional points. I fi try to update my EE profile now, it may take upto 24 hours to see the updated effected.

If draw happens in those 24 hours, will my profile still be under consideration?

Anybody any experiences?

I was told CIC system will recalculate candidates' crs before drawing, not sure if it's true. hopefully you will get ITA
