When did you last create the profile? Yesterday I was thinking the same, and then finally receives noi in late hours. You might receive it anytime soon too.

I created my may 6 friend... and before that on 14 april.. dont know my bad luck... even score went up after 415... m waiting at 414
Nah! No bad luck. You see, I missed the ITA thrice because of my procrastination for first not submitting my profile in time and then for getting my spouse's ECA done in time. But am very hopeful that we all will see the score fall enough this month to invite folks around 410 at least. As for the noi, i am sure you may receive it anytime now. Your profile also seems recent enough, as I created mine on May the 8th, just 2 days after you. Just keep your spirits high my friend! You might be closer to receive ita/noi than you think. Hi friends. I hope everyone is doing fine. I really need a advice, actually i received ITA on 4th May, 2017 and my CRS is 428. But i gave 2nd IELTS test on 29th April, 2017 and got more bands which increased my CRS to 465 in total. Can i update my IELTS in PR application? Seeking expert advice.

Since you already have ITA, it would not make much sense to focus on your score, which is primarily required for an ITA.
When did u recieve it... just now or some time back... I also have noc 2171
