465 here. I created my account on May 14th. However it's been stuck at "We are processing your Job Bank registration". I got the "Your application has been updated." message 24 hr after creating the account, but the details of my account didn't change. Anyone has had the same experience? Did I lose this round of ITAs?

I did not get any email but when I checked my "mycic", I got my ITA!
