because its been 2 weeks since the last draw took place.

No one can be sure. It can be any day since there was a draw on Friday as well or probably, next Wednesday. No on can give any definite answer to your question. Keep refreshing CIC website and visiting this thread.

Job bank will not be mandatory after June changes will come into effect.

Yes you will need to recreate the profile (withdraw and create again) before expire

I have no idea why! I am smelling a draw tomorrow
