We should also consider that yesterday the USA DV Lottery results came out.

Since, on my opinion, there are many who have applied in both Canada's EE and USA's DV there will be some EE profiles that will retire since they have been accepted by US.

I cannot evaluate its impact to the pool but definitely there will be some
