Not being a spoil-sport or anything but trying to be just reasonable here.
What if in the next draw, the cut-off is increased again..say 430 or more!
I know most of us are hoping it to be well under 420 for May 3rd but opposite could happen too.

Is there any logical explanation to deduce that CRS cut-off will further decrease in coming weeks?

I think just a few hundred people got nominations ( HCP stream only has 2500 a year quota). This wouldn't affect crs cutoff point to a great extent

The pool is not going to be much affected I think, only 200-300 people with OINP nominations would be included

I have another question - so people who receive an ITA, and eventually opt to go to Ontario don't have to pay $1500?

obviously NOOOOO. $1500 CAD is if the person gets ITA through OINP route. if you get your ITA as a FSW/FST then there's no requirement to pay any amount to Ontario Province.

I was reading that Ontario province requires additional $1500 so that's probably for provincial nomination or somethin ..still understanding the process. Sorry if I sound silly

hey cmon its perfectly ok. nobody is perfect here. and yes the $1500 CAD is in case you opt for OINP.

Anyway theres no rocket science involved in it. You will be learning things fast. Moreover, people are here to help each other with the knowledge and wisdom acquired via the processes that he/she has passed through.

for eg. I helped someone with what I knew and now she is helping me with what she has completed. So its a friendly neighbourhood...

OINP can affect the score.. but till the time number of ITA issued remains above 3.5K.. wont have that much effect.

no one know except cic. Its just a guess. That i ll b on may 3rd. Cozz rarely cic causes a gap of 3 weekd between draws

Thanks, l missed the last draw as l haven't registered with job bank bad luck and now I really hope l and all people waiting should get ITA next draw.
