Please do your own research, rather than relying on the agents. Especially if you're a normal semi-intelligent person, you shouldn't run into any issues. If you do want to take help, use a qualified attorney, not an agent.

My brother went to 2 agents in India, to see if he can qualify for EE FSW. Both said he didn't have enough points to qualify. I had to walk him through the CRS to show that he can, in fact, get 450+ points, if he can score CLB 9 in IELTS. Now you'd think that those agents would oversell, considering they would want to make money. This shows most of these agents don't have up to date information, or they just don't care enough to dig deeper.

hired a agent to do all the stuff. He never told me about job registration???

even I am from India bt my agent has done all ths stuff.. ask him why he didn't do it yet and make sure you let him know that you know all the procedures so he won't make a fool of you.. I suggest don't fire him just yet because he must be having your valuable credentials right?

Draw number 59(April 12th) happened quite late in the day, sometime like 4 or 5 pm CST.
So, still scope for having draw today. Though it looks a little unlikely.
