Any scope of CRS coming down to 388 before august 2017. Wrote IELTS thrice but not able to improve it

You and I, buddy are in exact same situation. My third IELTS was a disaster as you can see from you signature. It has broken my confidence so bad i do not want to appear for IELTS anytime soon. In june 6 i will receive 15 points for sibling. But don't know what might happen to cut-off score by then. Hopefully we both will make it by July-August, at least getting ITA is concerned lol.

My uncle is an canadian citizen and he got his citizenship card and canadian passport but the issue is he is not residing in canada and moved to USA 15 yrs ago. Can i get additional points for siblings in canada if am not able to produce proof of currently resisiding in canada documents such as Bank statements, land ower agreement copy and so on..

My 1 year work experience will be completed in May 9. Is it ok to create a EE profile in May 1st. I withdrew my profile couple of months ago as per one gentleman's suggestion here in this forum. In my previous profile i used a working date much before the commencement of my work, which was wrong so i corrected it by withdrawing my profile.

Now my question is, do i use a new email address to create a fresh EE profile or is it ok to create EE profile with an existing GCKey? I do not want to be rejected because of my previous profile. I have waited way too long already. Thanks in advance fellas. Cheers

Points are only for siblings, no uncles can fetch you points.

As far as i know Yes, you can create you profile on 1st of May so tht it will be live on 2nd Of May. Also try to create the profile from an new email id in order to overcome the unforeseen circumstances. All the best mate Kindly take suggestions from other members as well

If you have your WES and IELTS documents, then you can do it yourself.

If your case is a simple one, like you don't have any negative immigration history in the past or complicated case with CIC then tell your lawyer you don't need them anymore.

You can surely do it yourself!!!

Thanks for your reply. I agree with u. But I already paid $!1500!for the first stage with England's with menreceiving the ITA. But I do want to continue with them. Will it be possible or is it a must to do the s cons stage with them?

Sorry to let you know mate, by siblings, it is only meant for brother's or sister's. Don't know if it counts for not related by blood also, but definitely not for having uncle. Sorry again.

Am clear in that, my only question is he is not residing in canada now though he is a citizen and hold citizenship card and canadian passport. He cannot produce the documents verifying that he resides in canada now apart from citizenship card and canadian passport

Thanks for your input mate! Much appreciate it. Yeah i have been thinking for a while to create a fresh EE profile with a new email ID. Don't want to get into trouble for past profile. So by creating a new profile with new GCKey, it will now link to my past profile. Oh well, still couple of months to go at least for ITA even if i can get ITA. Good luck to you as well mate

You should be fine. Just produce his citiEnship card and passport. Mention in LOE that henis not living im Canada.
