Can you share your reference & calculation for arriving at the 1.7 ratio. The numbers I saw gave a ratio ~ of 2.2 for 2015

Table 2: Knowledge of Official Languages Among Permanent Residents, 2015
Immigration Class English French Both Neither Not Stated Total
Economic Immigrants — Principal Applicants 60,678 3,052 10,027 2,917 14 76,688
Economic Immigrants — Spouses and Dependants 64,096 4,401 4,637 20,505 71 93,710
Total Economic Immigration ,24,774 7,453 14,664 23,422 85 1,70,398

So of the total 170K for economic class, ~77K were Primary applicants which give a ratio of approx 2.2 which I sense can be carried forward for this year.

cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/annual-report-2016/index.asp

That report includes all economic immigrants, which includes Quebec as well as PNPs.
I was talking only about EE, since this forum is about EE.

According to Open Government Data (available online at open . Canada . ca) last updated in Feb 2017

I hope this analysis will give an insight of what CIC is up to. Will update as soon as new figures are made available. :)

Thank you for sharing your analysis with us. CIC is showing serious interest through its effort to standardize the express entry process meaning that in the short term the CRS cut-off score will continue to drop. Even though based on statistics the odds for a round of invitation tomorrow are low, personally I highly believe we will witness one. :)

Why did u add invalid work experience when u knew about it?

I didn't know it was invalid, it was experience gained between off campus work permit and pgwp

I have read about OINP & its quota on this thread as well.
Just wondering what is quota for OINP.

I have been sitting on CRS of 419 points for quite some time now and I haven't received any PNP nomination from ONIP or BC despite both provinces selected while creating the profile.

Am I missing something here?

Did a blunder and deleted the profile on 18th before draw to create a fresh one. The new profile wasn't active till 19th and till then the draw time was surpassed.

I never said that Score table is available online, I just gave a reference to what CIC has written on their website (Quoting as per 21st April figures). The Score chart will be available only with the next draw. I will start adding references as soon as I am allowed to do, so there is no confusion left. :)

I'm actually more excited about when we'll see the new score chart than the new CRS number, LOL. It is fantastic that the CIC is sharing actual data. It will guide my decisions about the best way to go about increasing my score.

Very true. It's motivating seeing the score chart and who fits where.

So did you get ONIP invitation after re-creating the profile?

It gives me a lot of hope that just 48,914 are in queue for the Canadian PR. Hope everybody gets it.

Scroll down and the current chart is usually near the bottom.

But, that info is before the draw of the 19 right?

If that's the case then those numbers are different today...
