Another question: For ONIP, there were many who created new profiles. Does anyone know if their old profiles are deleted or are are they included in the numbers posted in CIC website?

But there will be one issue in regards to what will happen to the OINP cutoff ??
The answer : I don't know
But i have a feeling that the current trend will continue and in my opinion that because of many reasons like what is happening in the USA and the new modifications to the Express Entry system, in addition to that the outcomes of the immigration system Express Entry is paying off and is working in a good way as expected
So this is the third draw in April a month with 30 days
For now and the near future you can expect the unexpected form the folks in CIC cheers 8)

My expectations for next draws will be like this : (I hope so)
1st draw - May 3650 406
2nd draw - May 3600 398 so i think we are going to see this for the first time, the CRS score below 400 in May 2017
1st draw - June 3600 390
2nd draw - June 3650 385
And by the way my previous expectation was missed by just 1 point cheers 8)

Can someone explain to me if I have chances for this next draw? I have 403, my NOC is 2283. I'm being sponsored by my wife but it will take too long and I'm thinking of applying for express entry as well as I see it could be A LOT faster.
Like does the NOC even matters? is it entirely based on the points you get or the NOC puts some weight as well? I could take the English test again and get a higher score for sure, my scores are like 1 year old.

I am now at 403 but taking CELPIP tomorrow, I will probably receive the result on May 1 or 2.
I've scheduled this so I can update my CIC profile right away and get ITA on May 3rd.
However I just heard that it takes few days to apply the changes on my CIC profile (or it only happens on weekends).
Is this true? If so, how long does it usually take?
