how long is IQAS taking?

i have been waiting for the WES evaluation for more than 2 months now. I submitted docs to IQAS also since I'm really desperate and didn't want to depend only on WES. WES is useless they never answer the calls. atleast IQAS answer call within seconds. ill be missing out on the 59th draw also. waiting on 449. don't know how its going to be

Try to tweet WES on their twitter handle @WES_Canada They usually respond quicly.

Also, call the customer service number.

I had to send almost 14 support requests, 8 twitter messages and 5 calls.

Only then they moved the file.

Surprisingly - mine worked quite quickly - considering Indian transcripts

I have send my wife's documents for ECA to WES and my courier tracking shows they received it this Monday April 3 at 11.30AM. There is no update in her order status yet. Does it take time to update the status since its been only 24 hrs since receipt.

Took them 4 days to update me and my wife's. Wait until Friday.

Ditto in my case. They are pretty laid back these days or not used to process such a high volume in recent past.
I could not enter the pool in entire Feb (missed 3 draws in process) just for sake of one page ECA document.
