So there are new 3700 applicants with the score higher than 434 who applied during one additional week? Sound a little weird in comparison with the last descending trend.

Actually more than that... my guesstimate would be there are around 2100 EE profiles (300 applicants for each point) sitting between 434 and 441. And every day people enter the pool across the globe. We have no idea how many. I entered the pool on March 1st.

My CRS is 454 and no ITA yet

same here. No worries.. Soon we all shall get it it takes some time to issue it. Cuz not everybody will be sent the same list of required docs and is under the same immigration program. I think we have 2-3 days ahead to be sent a pr application.

We can all send a group mail to CIC.
There are a bunch who are still waiting for the ITA email.

I reported a problem on the rounds of invitation page and mentioned that the page was outdated as there was no draw since 1 March. A little while later, a draw was announced. Another member of the forum also reported a problem on the CIC site. I think if all who are yet to get invites, raise a technical issue, the IT at CIC will wake up and send the invites soon.

Saw the draw today. I have 478 points. I have got a pdf from CIC saying i entered the pool last Sunday. But my application status on CIC page still shows "We received your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you." Is anyone else above cut off with same message ?
