Just registered as the previous thread was not opening and one of the possible reasons was "you may need to register an account", as I was just a reader. Now I see it was removed... Nevermind, I'm glad being a part of the ray of hope thread

I really hope the scores will keep decreasing. I expect something between 428-430 for the next draw on 22 March.

any one has any idea how they select people from the draw? Is everyone above the cut off selected or do they have pre decided percentage of people belonging to different job codes and they send ITA based on that?

Determination — number of invitations

1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on March 24, 2017 and ending on March 25, 2017 is 3,749.

Required rank

(2) Foreign nationals who, on March 24, 2017 at 12:38:04 UTC, have been assigned a total of 441 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.

Congrats to anyone who receives an invite from this draw! I had genuine concerns that they were possibly slowing down draws, but I think they were simply delaying by ~1 week as the previous 2 draws were only a week apart.
