You can try but 99% your score wont be updated so soon.

Unfortunately not because it takes a full 24 hours for your profile to be active... 8)

You need to try for sure because CIC will be inviting candidates for certain time after the draw, last draw it was march 1 to march 2. You never know what luck can bring to you.

I got my WES yesterday, 8:30 AM EST, I updated it around 9 AM EST, and when I checked today it updated after 9.30 AM EST, so it takes 24 Hrs. but update it asap.
