There is no IEC draw until 27th March so I wonder if they will do the same for EE as well. I hope they are not related and there is a draw today.

it will save us our sanity if they did the same for EE draws. Australia also announces their draw dates in advance.

Folks,

Wish all the best to everyone in anticipation of ITA. May god bless them with the ITA. From my perspective, the draw takes place in the ministerial office at that UTC hour - 13:30 (or something similar). The public notice is posted on the website after few minutes to an hour. Please keep in consideration that it is a gazette notification. Hence, there will be proof reading, multiple signatures of the officials and then the order is issued in public.

Message on IEC page:

The number of candidates invited to apply during each round varies. Rounds will take place until there are no more spots available or the IEC season closes.

There will be no rounds the weeks of March 6, 2017, and March 27, 2017.
