can someone with application status still showing "Pending Additional Criteria" but has received a congratulatory pdf mail that you are in the Express Entry pool be eligible for ITA if my score is within the cut off.

I had that day before yesterday but yesterday night it got updated to accept. Yes I did receive the congratulations email day before

Usually my heart and mind have said different scores, but today if there is a draw I feel that the score will be at 427. My heart and mind are both saying 427.

I lost some points due to the age factor and want it to close at 428 minimum.

All the best guys....I am one of of those who has to wait even before getting into EE Pool...I have 440 CRS but waiting for ECA to complete before I can get into the pool...
but its nice to feel good about all those who are making to the draw every time..
