Before most of the draws that I kept track off CIC web page for ministerial instructions updated one day before the draw but right now the last update date is still 3-6-17, which makes me worried if there will be no draw tomorrow'.

Hey folks, i have a couple of questions. Right now o am on my post grad work permit which is ending on 30 april 2017. And hopefully i will be getting my ita in the next draw(hopefully tomorrow)

1) after my pgwp expires, should i apply for extension or bridging work permit?
2) without applying for anything, am i legally allowed to stay and work in canada?

You can apply for bridging visa before 30 april or even with in three months after 30 april, those 3 months after your visa expires, is called restoration period which is granted to everyone.
2) without applying for anything, am i legally allowed to stay and work in canada?
You can work legally till 30th of july, Also if you successfully get ITA tomorrow and you apply send complete application by end of march or say first week of april, I would say that You wouldn't have to deal with anything as for CEC inland applicants, processing is smooth and also fast, say about 2.5 months to 3 months, So good luck buddy.
You are safe to work and need not worry till first week of july about any thing
