I think the most crowded is 430.

Well, we really dont know how many concentrated in 400 to 450 range. All 453+ are gone. Only 1000 (considering 500 at each point 451 and 452) are there between 450 to 452.

CIC should publish the end of year 2016 report now.

Well, last year theme for the express entry applicants was to continue giving the IELTS to maximize the points since scores were not dropping. It was said to most of the threads to move to 450+ range. However, with scores dropping with each draw and larger draw size, I think that would take some pause and equilibrium will play the role.

As such all the international students with 423+ and 438+, and NAFTA, ICT with 403 scores have gone out of EE queue.

Lucky you, that would be my score if I increased my score to 7778. after 2 trials I was unsuccessful. I will give it another try and hope for the best

My prediction is ITA 3200 and CRS 449

Then it will be 445 and 441.
