I wished u good luck remember? on the other hand, we should not mislead people by saying the cut-off will be decreasing forever, check the old draw u will see that it does not go down all the time, as for the 3000- ITAs in D50, i think it was a Christmas and New year gift, maybe this time we will get less than that, if u check again the number of ITAs, it is not increasing all the time right? i dont want to give away hopes for free to the forum members, but i wish u all good luck again

Correct, however the rules change in November 2016 so it is likely the points will drop soon.

Is IELTS reference number and TRF number same ?? Can some one please confirm it ?

I have new lelts score, but I didnt TRF yet .. I'd like to update my new scores

You have to quote ONLY TRF number everywhere and not receipt or reference number. They have an online tool to check your genuineness through 18 digit TRF number only and not anything else.

So, there is no way I can update my new IELTS score wihtout TRF mailed to me ???.. May be it takes a day or two to get that I guesss.. They have couriered on 23rd, but because of holidays it got delayed..

Even if you got them today, chances are you wouldn't have updated profile for today's draw (if there is one today that is).

Therefore just go with the flow. Update it when you get them.
Also I understand that your scores went up since you are so eager to update, So congrats in advance.

Stakeholders should note IRCC’s desired and expected outcome of the recent changes which state that candidates without a job offer are likely to have a better chance of receiving an ITA. From January to September, 2016, 35 percent of ITAs were issued to candidates without a job offer or provincial nomination; IRCC expects this figure to increase as we enter 2017.
