I think you would get there in 2 -3 draws. 478 is very good score.

You should mail them if it has gone past 20days and you do not have any update on your account
 
All this people saying I am waiting at 470ish..personally, I think you have an Ita from the next draw! Let's reason dis way: Anytime there are three weeks or more between consecutive draws ( using 2015 ), CRS point increases by no fewer than 20 ponts I will be tempted to speculate that the rise of 27 points between the 47th and 49th draw might reflect more of the time interval between two regular draws spaced at about 4 weeks than the impact of November changes. Just my personal view, only CIC has the valid statistics
