Like someone else mentioned earlier the process of sending out ITAs extends to the next day of the draw and many people might have already gone for vacation or whatever, so to finish it all before the week ends, I think they have to do it tomorrow.

good point . yeah maybe tomorrow if not it could be some other day this month , i have pretty strong feeling that there is one more draw left for this year .

Yes, it makes more sense to have one more this year as they are gonna play with the numbers (Increasing the quota etc etc) next year.

It usually takes 20 working days. If its well past that date, you could probably put in an email, asking the status.
