If anyone knew that, we wouldn't be in a thread on a forum discussing when the next draw is.xpressentry said:when is the next draw?
What? You were just listing possible applicant scores and adding additional points. I was doing the same.Pitlord said:Are you serious? Don't you really need an explanation about those numbers?
I taught we all have them in our dreams..
Yeah i will write a condition, If the cutoff is higher than our Crs then just exit the condition and create a new thread Ray of Hope(Actual + 1).Batman_is_Real said:Your NOC is 2174 you should write a code, everytime draw comes out it will create a new thread Ray of Hope n+1.
;D ;D
I would be happy if it comes to 470omarnabsws said:This might be a bit of a stretch, but I think there probably will be a draw this week for the following reason:
I am an OINP applicant and nominee since 10 minutes after the last draw (it's as if they literally waited for the draw to come out to nominate me).. Anyway, before that I was monitoring their behavior, 2 weeks before the draw, they flooded people with nominations. for about 3 days. Then 1 week before the draw they barely gave any at all. On monday, tuesday and wednesday (the day that the draw was supposed to be on) i didn't see a single nomination on the forum. So we assumed that they reached their quota for this draw from CIC, not to make the CRS cutoff skyrocket.
After the draw was postponed, they began sending nominations again on Thursday and Friday and most of the nominated people got an ITA on friday. After friday's draw, till now, I have not seen a significant frequency of nominations.. on the contrary, much less nominations are being issued now. And people who are calling OINP to inquire about their applications are being told to wait 1 week or 2. This made me think that there will be a draw this week, with less PNPs from OINP to allow the CRS to come down a little. And after it, OINP will resume issuing nominations on a much higher frequency, to be done with hopefully all their backlog before 2016 ends, as their initial plan was.
Sorry for the long post but i'm bored at work and I thought I'd share this. Hope I'm right, and I hope the CRS will come down as low as possible
Prediction: draw tonight, 2500 ITA, somewhere in the 470s
I agree with this. Outland FSW should be it's own category. They can keep the quota low if they want, but priorities for applicants in the same category doing canadian things just seems unfair. But it's not just canada who is doing it. Even Australia does the same thing. They award you extra points if you know their tribal language or any of their community languages. Lol.fhman said:I have been reading about this elsewhere too.Given my bleak prospects of getting an ITA now, it seems i should stick to living in Europe. I agree that the administration has to made a mess of the system. I also feel the FSW and CEC should be decoupled from each other rather than waste peoples time just for show.
At this rate, I think I'd just be happy if there were consistent draws again. :pranayr said:I would be happy if it comes to 470
Almostther said:In case there is a draw, I see less number of PNP as we had a draw last Friday. Moreover people above 470 points prior to changes will likely be less....only thing I foresee is people who are between 470-497 are those who have their scores appreciated due to the changes . If around 2k invitations are made, I see the scores back to somewhere close to 470-475 !!
