Nah, foreign technical experience isn't better than Canadian exp, just that they cut the budget and showed the door to experienced IT workers.

hehehe... basically it's a saying meaning it's not over until it's over... Today goes on until 23:59 in Ottawa, so until then we could have a draw...

I'll admit that it's looking less likely by the minute, but nevertheless...

Technically, yes, of course the day is not over until then but for my sanity, I would go with the seemingly decreasing probabilities of it happening as minutes go by. For sanity's sake.
