Nooooo. way too long for a technical problem to solve!!!

Seriously somebody should call them again and check the approximate date when they will start "working".

I really tried figuring this out. The agent kept on saying the changes were just implemented and the technical team is looking into issues therefore it is unlikely for a draw to happen in the coming days. She repeated this 3 times because I was not hanging up lol.

No, you need an lmia. PGWP is not a job offer.

Yes, but if I answer Yes, it asks a bunch of questions including is the job LMIA-supported, if I hold a LMIA-work permit, etc. I don't end up receiving any additional points, just want to make sure I have it filled out correctly.

Thanks!

New draw just came with 786 points :o

I wouldn't think too much about the high CRS score and low number of invitations. This draw is a PNP specific draw, with the new changes in affect there is absolutely no way for anyone but PNP applicants to have a score of 786 or higher (ignoring the very very small minority with NOC 00XX job offers and core CRS of 586 or more). They could've just did the regular announcement and said that the CRS score is 786, but instead they flat out mentioned that it's specifically for PNP applicants. This is to eliminate people from complaining about their scores not updating in time for the draw.

This is actually the best thing that could happen... given the circumstances.

There was no way for them to do a regular draw with all the technical difficulties they were having, so it's either this or wait a week or two while more people get their provincial nominations. This way they clear some of the high score individuals and not be stuck with a giant number of invitation at the next draw.

48th draw is a pure PNP pick :o

That was just a PNP draw, technically not a draw at all - but still positive! +1

I am really shocked, what is happening? and what made you sure about that it is only PNP draw? and when is the real draw, shall we wait for another 14 days od it will be sooner than this ?

Thanks,
