I just made the assumption based on CIC presentation in July in which all these changes were announced. These are not my words but theirs.skantzidis said:I think it is dangerous to be making assumptions like this, and potentially feeding quite a few people false hope. I'm not saying that its not possible that the overall scores will fall, but until now, we've have scant information on the exact make up of the EE pool. We also have no information whatsoever about future candidates who join the pool, who may be encouraged to apply if the rule changes are favourable to them.
The best thing IRCC could do is make available publicly statistics on the make-up of the current pool - preferrably at least monthly updates, if not live updates. At least people could then make informed decisions about their chances of getting an ITA and determine the best course for them. I know the recent announcements suggested that more information would be published going forward about the make-up of the EE pool. Does anyone have any more information about this?
I am hopeful for wednesday ;D ;D ;Dthinkshady said:Any speculation when will be the next draw? Hopefully Scores will drop.
You are good! Expect ETA any time soon.faisalfahmad said:I have two years of foreign experience and a Masters from Canada. I am at 486 points after the new change as I had CLB10+ in all components of IELTS. Do I stand a chance? My concern is that these extra points are being awarded to everyone and there are lot of people under CEC with one year of experience who were already in their 470s and 480s. They will move into 500s and I am worried that the overall cutoff will also increase by 20-30 points. :|
