i ve got a funny feeling,there might again no draw today.

I think there will be one next Wednesday, so that they can get back to their usual bi-weekly draws routine.

I get the feeling that even if there is one, the score will be back to 500+. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don't mind having no draw today but no 500 score please. I have been on 478 since June, so really waiting to see the lower CRS score.

Just speculation but maybe if they don't have a draw today it's because of the upcoming changes....maybe they won't need to bottleneck 480s because they will increase the international students' points from around 450 to above 480 ;D and then do the usual draws.....

That's more of wishful thinking than reality. They aren't just going to change score allocation and eligibility like that without announcing it ahead of time. Changing CRS calculation is a big thing and not something you just do randomly without telling anyone!

12.00 UTC - is the time when there was the number of applications with the certain score
For example, at 12.00 there were 1000 applications with the score 450 - let's draw it - CIC says.

An announcement can be published a bit later.

Sluffy is correct. So wait - as per the trend 45-60 mins to go for announcement (provided we have a draw ).

This is CIC, look at the history......they do everything without telling anyone!

Hehe..true. The cut off score went to 453 in Feb.

Yes I know but I got 464 points in March or April. Before that they were less because I was still waiting for my ECA. I am not complaining about not getting OINP PT but find it odd. I even tried re creating my profile since I read on their website about this issue but still did not receive it. Hopefully today will be the day to receive the ITA.

If someone gets an ITA, besides getting a notification on the CIC website, do they also get an email saying that they have an ITA? Or does the email just say that there is some activity in the CIC account?

The email just says that you have a new message in your MyCIC account. Email does not say anything about ITA.

I believe a "new message in MyCIC" alert will be there through email.
