Oh...ok. Fingers crossed for a good draw today.

I was wrong... the time shown in the Ministerial Instructions is actually the time they decide the required points. And 12 UTC is 7am Ottawa time. And if the decision time is 12 UTC, the results are normally published around 10am Ottawa time...

Anyways, wish everyone good luck.

I agree.... They may be working hard to accommodate majority of the people in this Draw, and I remember someone saying that whenever the results are delayed, just keep your fingers crossed as it can be either good or bad....then expected.

Well, some bad news could be that they don't want to get below 483 this time around. See May 6 draw - 534 points which was on Friday (against convention) and previous was 468 April 20 (Wednesday). So next draw might be higher ... [hopefully not] .. cuz I believe they issue a fixed number (range) of invitations ... and the ones below 483 are much higher than that range ...

Unless they're working on getting some changes in place. Last time other than this they made an aberration to the biweekly draw was in December 2015 when the draws were done on Fridays. #justSpeculating

They had delayed draws before, last time they delayed it it was CRS481 back in July i think

Well, some bad news could be that they don't want to get below 483 this time around. See May 6 draw - 534 points which was on Friday (against convention) and previous was 468 April 20 (Wednesday).

For the May 6 draw, it was also the first draw of the quarter where they decided to send out less invitations. That caused the jump in points, not the 2 day difference.

I'm refreshing the CIC website with the same feelings. My fear is a skipped draw will send the points up again. I plan to re-sit the IELTS to increase my points to 481, but I'm thinking even that won't be enough at this rate.
