Please excuse my knowledge and help me understand something here:

The cut-off is 449 and the number of candidates invited were 5000.
Looking to the table, there are 29,648 people who's score is between 451-500, why they were not invited ??

The draw was only for CEC applicants. The table includes FSW applicants as well.

Got it. Thank you.
This is interesting as CEC last draw was a month ago with score of 75... So there were actually over 5000 applications in a month with score over 449

Yes, new people qualifying and joining the pool under CEC.

any chances of "No program specific draw" today?

I see students are traveling to Canada from April 1st. So, the travel restrictions seem to be uplifted. Also, it has been 3 months since the last open draw.

Close to none. PNP draws have, without exception, been followed by CEC draws.
