Hey guys.. ! My CRS is 466. Do you think I stand a chance in the upcoming Draws? I am maxed out on my IELTS and WES has given me Double bachelors for my MBA so trying to get the masters equivalency from IQAS but not able to create my profile on IQAS. Not sure if 466 is good enough or I should work on increasing it.

You won't make much progress on IQAS anyway until the next draw on 6-Jan. So i suggest you wait until then, and hope for the cut-off to come down to 466. It's not entirely impossible because newly added profiles are likely to be lesser than usual due to the holidays.
But in case the cut-off doesn't come down by 6-Jan (or the draw is postponed, or anything else that's likely to soar the cut-offs), you should definitely try to get a masters evaluation to increase your points. Good luck!

If it's on 6-Jan, CRS is likely to be 467
If it's on 13-Jan, CRS is likely to be 469

If one has worked in 2 different roles with different NOCs in the same organisation and with the same job title , will I have to create 2 different work histories in EE profile or just one?
Example
Position Title: Operation Manager
NOC A - 4444 duration 2010 -2015
NOC B -5555 duration 2015 - Present

You may also submit 1 letter of reference twice (because the form will ask you to submit for each NOC), assuming your letter contains 2 different sets of responsibilities corresponding to 2 working periods.

I created different records of working experience, each with a different NOC and period. They all had the same company though.

Last cutoff was June 4th actually, fingers crossed we get it this time

Did ur score recently increase? Because last cut-off was October.
Im also 468, submitted 4th Jan because old profile became ineligible due to Ielts expiry.
