Ya i booked an ielts test here in Ottawa for May 10th and it got canceled. the earliest date I can get is June 28th here in Ottawa. So they may cancel the test in India or any other country if they don't get clearance from local authorities.
When did you book for May 10? Yeah - I heard that IELTS in ON is not resuming yet, I am not sure in BC if they cancelled it as well.

Are you a CEC applicant? Do you have at least one year of work experience in Canada?

The draw was only for CEC applicants. These are individuals who have at least one year of fulll time work experience in Canada. If you have no Canadian work experience, then you didn't qualify for this draw.

You will have to wait until IRCC does a general / FSW draw.
So this draw is only for Canadian experience. When do they do a normal draw? How do we differentiate between CEC draw and FSW draw?

First week of April I believe. And I got an email from British council last week that I will have to move my test.

If you look at the Round of Invitation information, you'll see the draw listed on the third line from the top. For the latest draw, it says "Canadian Experience Class". Draws that include FSW will say "No Program Specified".

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/submit-profile/rounds-invitations.html

We don't know when the next FSW draw will be held. IRCC does not announce this information and FSW draws seem to be on hold right now (probably due to COVID-19). Many of us are expecting the scores to be around 470 once the FSW draws resume.

I would recommend that you try to increase your score. What you have now may not be enough to be selected.

As I said. No IELTS happening. Situation is becoming more and more intense
Even ECA too not happening almost
Good news is once IRCC conducts FSW draw, score will dip down to 455 (in 3 to 4 draws) as opposed to some super illogical experts who r adamant that score will be 470 plus
No IELTS (Till Aug possibly) and no ECA happening is directly proportional to great reduction in CRS score (if FSW draws happen)
The 470s were clinching every ITAs from September 2019. Upcoming 470s can wait for few months and let the 460s n 50s breathe as well
Super enthusiastic dudes waiting to rock IELTS have to unfortunately wait

Yeah - someone actually laughed at me when I said CRS score might fall between 450-460 once FSW resumes. There is no way it will be 470 right way. People don't care about the historical data, if the draws were between 413 to 450 in 2017 to 2019, it could happen again because most people are stuck and lost their jobs now. Most of my batchmates 2019 will complete their Canadian experience eitiher June or Jul. Unfortunately, most of them lost their jobs, and ceased accumulating Canadian experience. The cut-off CRS scores will not be the same as before that's for sure.

I sat the test on a Sunday and received the results two days later on the Tuesday afternoon.
Which IELTS branch did you take it? I called the IELTS branch here in BC, and they resume the test today, from 50 capacity down to 15, but atleast they are resuming now.

I think people here are overly optimistic for how fast things will be back to normal. The borders are still closed, probably at least until June. Most places of work are still open. Alberta are just barely starting up again. I looked up IELTS, and the earliest I could find was May 30th. And even that seems likely to change, as all other IELTS locations just said they haven't planned any times.

I would expect CEC draws only throughout May. As the Provinces right now are just barely touching their toes in the waters of normalcy to see how it feels. And it is likely to take a long time from the first steps to being back to normal. I don't expect to see any all classes draws before the borders are open again.
