The rationale behind this is the last two draws were supposed to be one draw. If you combine the number of ITAs, it is 3900. So, technically it's been two weeks since what should have been a 'regular' draw. Let's wait and see.

Oh man, I hate the fact that IRCC is no longer predictable when it comes to the timing of the draw.
Until 2 months ago, we always knew that it would come out between 10:30 AM and 12:00 Toronto Time. Now, we might even receive our ITA by e-mail before the site actually updates.
