Hi,
I am at 469, how could I have a chance in the next few draws. My CELPIP scores are L 10 R 10 W 8 S 7. I do not know if I should try to re-take the exam or just waiting.
Maybe I should try IETLS? but I am bad at spelling words, any suggestions?

469 might be a little low for this year. From personal experience, CELPIP is a scam. Take IELTS. I gained a lot of points by taking IELTS after getting a low CELPIP result.

I have just created my profile since I've just received an express entry invitation. Completely unexpected since my score was, and (at least I believe) is supposed to be 450.
I am surprised to find that my points are now 475, with the change being: Skill Transferability factor - Work experience changing from 25 to 50.

I only have two years of completed work experience (will be 3 in june), which added to my IELTS score provide me 25 transferability points (50 points in june).

Did I mess something up? I don't want to accept the invitation and then realize that I made a mistake. What am I missing?
I checked my profile and dates are correctly inserted

To be honest, 460+ is not safe anymore. Try your best to retake the exam and you can still boost your CRS. I got stuck at 468 since November and decided to retake Ielts on Jan. Finally I got ITA today. DO NOT WAIT TO INCREASE YOUR CRS!!!

You can try to fill the new application CIC opens for you including all details of personal history and so on, then you are able to see a button of “preview of your score” to figure out if your CRS matches the 475. If not you can return and decline any time.

Every single one of these students will have PGWP and CRS of 480+.
So the increase of the EE cutline should be well-expected.

By the way, the international student count increased 40% in 2018 and 30% in 2019, and they are not even displayed in this picture.
Go figure.

I had a question. Suppose I take my IELTS on Tuesday and get my results before the next draw and if I get the desired score, can I update these scores in the express entry without the TRF ID? I am worried that TRF will come post the draw. Looking for some guidance here, thank you.

Sadly, they were also all gone last draw.. Since the cutoff was 471.

But last draw's tie break was May 2019， now with only 1 point increased，the tie break became Jan 30, 2020.

Could have been 471 again if not for profiles created on those 5-6 days. 471 with a June/July 2019 cutoff.

Hello, Add me 450, this month i completing my 2 years experience and job code is NOC5121 (Scientific Medical Writer), maxed out in IELTS. I think by next February my score will jump to 475, but I'm not sure what will be trend by then. As per my knowledge NOC5121 has eligibility only in BC PNP that requires Canadian job offer. Anyone know the chances for NOC5121 in other provinces??

What did you select in the "Provinces and territories of interest" section of your EE profile to be considered for an OINP NOI? Everything or just Ontario related options?
