There are PNP options. Saskatchewan is actively issuing ITAs with an expanded NOC list. Give it a try. I missed the golden 2017 year and could not crack the 2018/19 cut off due to age factor. Got SK PNP nomination and now have the chance. They are pretty fast now in issuing nominations I see. Got my nomination in exactly 2 months.
I have one year uncontinous Toronto noc b job and no foreign work experience, can I qualify for Saskatchewan pnp ?

Congratulations on the nomination! I am also waiting for their nomination; however, I am not sure how their selection procedure is. When I submitted my EOI I got 70 points; my NOC is in their on-demand list. Many draws had happened but I did not receive a nomination. Do they specify NOC for each draws? Could you please share your points and NOC? thank you

Will his work experience be counted as Canadian work experience? He is technically an employee based out of Canada after all. But since his company isn’t Canadian and is located in the US with no operations in Canada either, we have our doubts whether his work experience will be of any use here.

His payroll would need to be run by a Canadian registered subsidiary. To be a valid Canadian subsidiary, it should be registered with the CRA and have a business number for government to track it as a Canadian business and the business should be paying taxes in Canada . He also needs to be issued a Canadian T4 slip by the company (T4 is the Canadian version of US w2 or Indian form 16) to be able to claim it as a Canadian work experience.

So as long as taxes paid as a form of payroll, then officer will count it as valid ,am I right ?

No that is not right. The key here is, in the eyes of the Canadian government, the employer should be a Canadian legal entity. It can be a foreign company but it should have a subsidiary which is based in Canada which is your employer.

That is very clear !!! Thank you so much,I have last question. My employer I believe forgot to pay payrolll deductions before 15 th, I heard that they have to do it every month 15th, what happens in that case ?

I don't believe this kind of payroll error will have any effect on your PR application at all. Though you will definitely want to take that into consideration when calculating taxes owed when filing your taxes :)

Hiya. Just checking in after being away for a year.looking at the score trend right now, I think the CRS score will remain at about 47X where candidates have masters+CLB10. Candidates with more than 480 are mostly outliers. Keep your hopes high people.
Meanwhile, I’m working on an MSc, hoping to make a jump to 478.
