What makes u say it will be 465-4? 470+ seems more logical given that so much time has passed since last draw

Please can anyone let me know when do express entry profile gets updated with third year of work experience.
following is how my profile looks:
January 2017 - April 2017 (part time)
may 2017- present (full time)
I created my profile in march 2019 and got 53 points which I believe is for two years of experience i.e. 2017 and 2018.
So when do I receive points for 2019??
Please help if anyone know about this. Thanks
