Hopefully there will be a draw today. Last year’s final draw was on the 19th of December as well. Fingers crossed and twisted!!

Even if it happens on Jan 8,i think/guess/estiimate that the CRS would not go beyond 478/479 so 470+ is still safe for a few months

1. He won't be removed from office
2. He will win another term in 2020 thanks to his red base, strong economy
3. Current US immigration policies will remain
4. CRS score will remain high for the foreseeable future due to overwhelming demand globally from candidates

Just a FYI - Impeachment doesn’t mean the president is removed from office (yet) !

Think of the president as a pupil in class that the teacher (congress) was to oust from school (the presidency). The teacher has sent the student out of class (impeached) to the principal’s office (the senate) who has final word on whether the pupil can be expelled. This final step won’t happen because the republicans, the presidents party, has the majority in the senate. The congress impeached or censured the president because they have the majority in the house.

In the end nothing changes and the whole process is a waste of tax payer money and just ends up reenergizing the presidents base for another term !

Haha. Very well put together for people who do not understand American politics. It was clear months ago he will not be impeached as Republican biasness will save him.

Yeah, what a bummer this was, in October I really thought 469 would be a breeze. Its become a ruddy nightmare.
