very little chance of the score coming down in the 450s in the near future imo.
Remains to be seen if they increase the draw size. The new immigration policy is out (or rather they are affirming the old one which wanted higher immigration levels) and if they increase the draw size then score might drop slightly, but not enough to come into the 450s
Hello Amazing people here! I was regular member here for about 2 ROH threads before I got my ITA. I started my Canadian PR process in Dec 2017. It took me 2 full years to get the pr. Here's my timeline for some positive vibes!

If the cutoff doesn't dip below 475 in 2020, it makes no sense for the outland applicants to apply (except, of course, for the francophones).
