No such thing happens. The entire processing time is 90 days after which they get 600 points. The same docs are to be submitted to the nominating province as you do when you get your ita only difference is they don't need the medical and pcc hence the 3 months time as they don't do background check. Having said that there are many people who got their nominations post last draw I being one of them, there must be around 400 if not more.

and congratulations

Let's just be calm and hopeful. Scores will definitely deepen today.
Look through December 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. You'll notice the scores are always high in first draw of December and then deepens in the last draw of December because of the Christmas gap before January.

3200 last week was deliberate to keep scores high at 472 because the B2B draw for today....
3900 ITAs will likely be issued today and scores will deepen to 467 or even 465...

Let's calm down

Whatever the case may be, the number of application crossing 450 CRS were quite less as compared to 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018. So, I personally do not see Cut-off dropping.

It seems the only sure thing about CIC is that they don't work on public holidays and since the next Wednesdays are Christmas and New Year, there definite won't be a draw on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1, making Jan. 8 the most likely day to have the first draw in 2020.

I see, thank you!

At 465 with 5 getting reduced on 9th Feb, I can only qualify if they start giving some points for the time you have stayed in the pool
