But the breakdown of candidates is Dec 11th 2019 which is today. Is the breakdown after inviting 3200 candidates or before? Usually they give stats before draw. Experts please comment.

With this decrease in the number of invites, I'm starting to worry about the possibility of b2b draw.
This has been such a roller coaster ride with no clear end...

Number of invites reduced from 3600 to 3200. Looks like there won't be another draw this year. Next draw in January, would be around 480.

This is unbelievable! Nobody! I repeat nobody knows what going on in IRCC except the officials there. Predictions never work. I think I’ll just stop bothering myself any longer and do something worthwhile in my life.
