Need Help!

My USA visit visa was rejected in 2014 however I got it in 2016. Do I mention yes or no to the question ( have you been refused of any visa of any country) in EE application. If yes, what documents/details/reason we need to mention?

Also to mention I don't have any such documents detailing the reason for rejection from US consulate

You should mention Yes, there is no harm in that. You might have an application reference number on your email when you applied. Just mention the date and reference number if you have. Even if you don't have the reference number, just furnish the details.

If you want ITA on 11 Dec, then put non-accompanying else put accompanying and get it on 18 Dec. The only difference is you will have to remain separate for at least an year from your spouse in case you go the first route.

Your advice is based on the assumption that b2b draws are 100% done deal. That is not the case and most likely wont be.
@Amrit1234 I wouldnt hold my breath for a draw on the 18th. You should put non accompanying if you want to get a definite ITA. Otherwise you can sit and only hope for a b2b draw on the 18th. Don't bet on it though.

It’s always best to go with family... if you can.. wait till January to see the trends.. if by January end it doesn’t go below 470 then change to unaccompanying.. it’s better to wait one/ two months now than to wait one/ two years to bring spouse over.. trust me it’s daunting..
