I see there is a great chance of cut off score going down as low as 465 or 466 if next draw is around 469 or 470 considering if we have b2b draws on 11th and 18th. But the last thing I dont want to see is cut off going above 471.

My ex company has given me a work experience letter with Job descriptions.
But has 3 issues in it:
1. My salary is in months (they won't mention it yearly as they say it's not allowed as per company policy)
2.They wont mention my working hours (they say it's not allowed as per company policy)
3.They will not mention my other fringe benefits (same reason of company policy)
I have email from them stating their refusal to these issue above , which i would use in LOE .
Is their any thing else i could do to solidify my case? , especially how can i prove my working hours ?

Salary is very easy to deal with. Mention in LOE how much is it per year and even if you do not mention it, even a 9 year old child should be able to calculate it from the monthly salary.
2. Working hours are more complicated, but if you can get confirmation on average daily or weekly hours, that should fix the problem as well. Alternatively if the at least confirm, that your contract was full time employment you will have to point to law standards of your country, that specifies minimum hours required for a full contract (or a standard employment practices).
3. Unless your basic salary is really low, they do not care about your other benefits. The whole exercise is about confirming paid work experience (it is not a race who got the best employment package).
