Based on what i observed in the last 9 months, due to Federal Skilled Trades only draws, there is a longer break in between invites. Hence accumulation is of 450+ is higher. Additionally, there were 3,350 invited (rather than 3600 or 3900) from Jan to May, which also enabled accumulation of higher pointers. Therefore, i believe that as we go into 2020 and if draws will be fixated on on 3600 for 2-6 draws the score will go down 450 or so.

You can clearly observe impact of FST:

Draw 128 Oct 16 500 (Federal Skilled Trades only) 357 (Federal Skilled Trades only)
Draw 129 Oct 30 3,900 475 (high)
Draw 130 Nov 13 3,600 472 (lower)
Draw 131 Nov 27 3,600 471 (lower)

Next draw: 467 or so... next draw.

I believe that there is a higher influx of profiles with 465/470+ entering the pool on a daily basis, not sure if 450 will be achieved if this is the case

My score is 467 and I didn't had a good luck with IELTS , So I appeared 10 times to reach the golden score.
I am waiting for last 1.5 month for the crs draw , but no luck in that.
Is there a way to increase score without giving IELTS again as it torturous for me to give IELTS again

If you score doesn't drop anytime soon and you don't have any deadlines (like expiring work permit) then I would prob just wait for a couple of draws. Also gives you time for preparation for IELTS.

460+ is a decent score, it will drop below that.

Finally got WES ECA and submitted profile. Hope the cut-off is lower and B2B draw on December 18th. Taking IELTS on 8th to improve score, as 2 points are very crucial it seems.

Why will IRCC care about CRS? It's organically growing and they are focused on intake numbers, not the CRS of the incoming group.

This is not true. I’m a 25 years old architectural professional working in Ontario. I received my master of architecture in the US, and am on track to receive my architect license in spring but I’m still sitting at 453 hopelessly. What they want is Canadian educated candidates not just more educated professionals.

CIC will not try to lower the score - its funny, why do they need to?

The fact is that getting 450 is difficult and there is no huge increase in the number of entries (apart from strange increase of 5000 in October), which means that only DUE to the lower draw numbers and FST the score been increased as of now to 470.

It has to stabilize and it will, will it ever go to 440? No!

Will it go to 451-460? Yes.
