more chances in December 2nd week draw. it can in first week also, but chances are more in second.

So what about the number of draws in the month of december? Just 1? Its true that none of us can predict anything that is yet to come but I dont think CIC will violate the draw pattern followed till date. I expect them to conduct atleast 2 draws per month until year end. This is a fact based on the statistics. Hope they will continue it.
