Why it is getting delayed
you realize its only 7:30 in the morning central time in Canada right now. People are just getting to work.
Oh ya, the day light savings would have kicked in from Nov 3rd onwards. Forgot it
but usually the results are out between 11:00 and 13:00 UTC. hence was getting impatient
Draw can get as late as 11 pm Pak time or 11:30 indian time so just relax. Draw will happen there is no reason to delay.

I am still waiting for my WES. I may still have a chance to get a draw in dec 2019 with 478, but I will have birthday in 28 Dec.
My ECA due date is on 29 Nov 2019.
Is this a genuine question or are you trolling 469 is predicted for this draw.
