Folks,
What kind of documents CIC consider as valid proof of work experience? Are these documents enough as a proof:

1. Certificate of employment (without duties list, just position name and work duration)
2. Payroll
3. Government issued pension fund document
From the website: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/express-entry/applications-received-on-after-january-1-2016-completeness-check.html
  • a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
    • should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
    • should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits; and
  • if the applicant is self-employed, articles of incorporation or other evidence of business ownership, evidence of self-employment income and documentation from third-party individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details (self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable proof of self-employed work experience).
If the work experience is in Canada, proof may include copies of T4 tax information slips and notices of assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (the time period for these documents should reflect the work experience timeframe [e.g., work experience from 2006 to 2008 requires only documents from those calendar years]).

You can use certificates, paystubs, and pension funds to supplement these but the above docs are mandatory.

I took exam in british council...in the result page I could find any trf number at the bottom..am confused

Maybe you can try the online results in IDP page. I could view mine online - online provisional results by IDP Australia.

Anyway, if this does not work, and you would really like to take a chance, the TRF number has a pattern:

YY CC XXXXXX LASF TTT G
Example: 19US001234EEPT300G

YY - year -> 19
CC - name of country where you took the exam -> US (in my case)
XXXXXX - Candidate number - provided to you
LASF - first 3 digits of your last name followed by first letter of your first name
TTT - test center code
G - G for general training; A for academic

This will be easy if you have taken an exam in your test center before or if you know someone who took the exam in the same test center. You can try this if you could not wait for your TRF to have a higher CRS for this Wednesday's draw. If you got it wrong, you can always decline the ITA so you could enter on the next draw.

Hope this helps. :)

Let’s guess how high the score will be in 2020 and early 2021. I wonder the highest one will be 490~500 after one year if cic do nothing and let it be
For foreign experience and degree holders, the score will be along the range of 465 to 470. Not everyone will have perfect score in language department.

465 - 70 will be the trend next year. Upcoming draws will range as follows:
  • Nov 13 - 470±2
  • Nov 27 - 467±2
  • Dec 11 - 465±2
  • Dec 18 - 462±2
This is my say. A total gut feeling as of now. We will see next draw and predict again. The November draws will be close to these predictions, cannot be sure about December predictions as they are far away and there are too many dynamics controlling the output.

I disagree, December 18 will be different. Is back to back so the score will drop by
8 or 9 point. Thinking DEC 8 will be 457 to 461.

Profiles have been coming in this range from long. How far back was 457? Later, scores upto 462 have not been picked, from almost 2 months and will likely not be picked this month and half of next month. A big group of 458 to 462 is waiting in the list. There are also many 464+ applicants regularly adding to the pool. Hence my prediction.
Yours could also be true. Afterall, these are predictions and cannot be calculated by any means.

For all I know, IRCC could surprise us with an 800 cutoff and 500 invitations, like it was happening without notice back in 2016-17.

If the yearly target is met, even if cut off score becomes 490-500, I think CIC won't care.
It may even be a good thing in their perspective.
