I personally know some people who got PR without spouse and then sponsored them afterwards.
There is generally a trend of rolling out 2 draws every month by cic in 2019. Similarly in May, they missed a draw on 16th because 3 draws per month is not something they are targeting.
Only in Feb, they had only 1 draw on 20th because they had b2b draws in Jan end.
So guys, 30 Oct draw is in store.
You are right, just checked the frequency of draws and they missed a draw in July as well as there were 3 Wednesdays in that month. Thank god we are not coming across another 3 Wednesday month this year but damage has already been done.
We should expect another missed draw in April next year since we'd be having 3 Wednesdays again in that month. I'm not counting January as they might go for a b2b after missing a Christmas draw if they do not decide to conduct that draw before Christmas in the form of a b2b draw.
Overall picture shows a high probability of a b2b draw in December, I'd say around 80% chances for that same like last year when they conducted a b2b draw on 19th Dec 2018 before shutting it off for the holidays.
and in your opinion, what is the lowest the crs will go to the start of the new year?
yupe bro but i believe that at least 25 % loosing points due to age and most of new profile having score between 450-460 so I don't think it will remain in 470s. It will go down by the end of the year but we wont see drastic drop even in new year due to higher density of old and daily added new profiles unless CIC increase targets and PNP effect is totally gone in 2020
WES delayed my ECA report for 2 months, I am now hopeless with 464 and going to lose 5 points on November 26.

last year they did draw on Dec 12 445, a week after on Dec 19 439 and then they skipped the draw and did it on Jan 10 449 then Jan 23 443. All 3900 ITAs
Score was going up and down but not drastically, now it is going up so quickly but not coming down easily. I do not want to believe but inner me says that they were keeping it high on purpose. May be due to elections but hopefully they will get CRS down with more ITAs or some modification in EE. Liberals committed that if they come to power they will increase immigration numbers and even in their last term number of ITAs were set more for 2020 than 2019.
