I Created my profile on 15th June 2017, there was no draw for 4 week and when draw happened on 12th July I got ITA. So I didn’t cry Like you that CIC is unfair and all because I knew that my score is good and I will get ITA for sure. So instead of blaming CIC or others increase your score.
Folks join the next ROH for the 129th draw... Congratulations to the traders who made through it.

PNPs are not included in the 451-600 range... they are in the range of 601-1200, and by Oct 11 there were 509, not 1000... but with OINP and other PNPs processing maybe 1000 by next draw
Do you really think that people are not trying their best to improve their respective scores ? Everybody is giving their best shot but one thing even you will have to admit is that this year is different than past two years. Everybody is just sad that even after putting every effort in order to improve score, they are facing these kind of issues this year and hence they are expressing themselves. That’s it, bro !!

What about ONIP tech draw .. for sure ONIP will star
my score was 497 in 2017. And I don’t think see any difference in this year or previous years. CIC works on Numbers of ITA. They already invited enough people this year but people have higher score because they improved their score. CIC can’t reduce the score and invite all. They achieved their target.

They are of course included in the 3900 but still my point was the 451-600 range is growing at a fast speed... Compared with months ago this is unbelievable

PS how long does it usually take to get a PR from the invitation? My PGWP expires on July 2020.
